NexGoal has named Zack Wilhelm Business Development Manager. He brings a solid background in sales and recruiting for outside staffing services to his new role.  Additionally, Wilhelm will assist in the development of franchisee candidates throughout the United States.

Wilhelm was the Technical Recruiting Manager at GE Lighting, leading the recruiting team in filling 100 open positions on a yearly basis.  He also helped to implement  “Hire the Right People” training for managers.  He served as the Business Development Manager for Northern Ohio with Modis, and as a senior sales executive at Searchmasters. He began his career as the Northern Ohio Business Development Manager at Aerotek, formerly Mentor 4.

Wilhelm earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ohio University after playing football at the University at Buffalo, where he was a 3-year letter winner.  He remains involved with football, serving as a varsity assistant/offensive line coach at Lorain High School.

Zack is a resident of Amherst, OH with his wife of five years, Lynn, and four children: J.T., Taylor, Madeline Rose, and Emma Colleen.  He is an active member and former officer of the Lorain Elks Lodge 1301.
