At NexGoal, we take the placing of our athlete-candidates in their new careers very seriously—which is why our project coordinators spend so much time working with each candidate to put them in the best position to succeed. Once our candidates are placed, we do like to take the time to share that candidate’s experience with all of you.

Recently, Taylor Evans worked with John Kocisko to help take him to the next level of his management career in Transportation with one of our valued clients. Evans was proactive in reaching out to Kocisko about this position, which was one of the main reasons the two worked so well together.kocisko

When asked to discuss his experience with NexGoal and working with Evans, Kocisko detailed the process for us.

“I received an email from Taylor Evans about a great opportunity so I replied and the process began.”

When asked about what was most enjoyable about his experience with NexGoal, Kocisko stated, “Taylor’s communication throughout the entire process.” He continued about this experience, “Taylor was excellent! Taylor’s communication, advice and coaching made the entire process seamless.”

We asked Kocisko why others should use NexGoal to help find their next career, he stated, “The professionalism and coaching is a fantastic tool that applicants need such as I did since I have not interviewed in years!”

The team here at NexGoal would like to thank John for his kind words, and we wish him the best of luck in his new career!

If you are looking to change jobs and would like the team here at NexGoal to help you like we did John, you can start by filling out our athlete-candidate application here! We look forward to placing you in your “NexCareer!”
