NexGoal would like to congratulate Kelly Cozza of EBO Group, winner of 4 club seats to a future Cleveland Cavaliers game as part of our 2013 Northern Ohio Human Resource Conference experience.

Last Friday, NexGoal joined over 500 local human resource leaders and companies at at the I-X Center. The one-day conference focused on providing education and development on current trends within the human resource profession. Additionally, it provided an opportunity to network with peers and earn HRCI credits in support of PHR and SPHR certifications.

“NexGoal had a fantastic opportunity to participate in the NOHRC at the IX Center in Cleveland,” said Brad Mullins. “We participated by having a booth at the show to discuss how we can handle some of the recruiting hurdles human resource directors are facing. NexGoal also sponsored one of the speakers, Chip Madera which gave me the opportunity to speak to a group of about 200 attendees about what NexGoal does and why recruiters are needed.  I feel the show was a success and we will participate next year.”
