At NexGoal, we take the placing of our athlete-candidates in their new careers very seriously—which is why our project coordinators spend so much time working with each candidate to put them in the best position to succeed. Once our candidates are placed, we like to take the time to share that candidate’s experience with all of you.

Recently, Alaryce Shea worked with Paden West to help launch his sales career with one of our valued clients. As a former football and basketball player in high school, West was drawn to our athlete-focused model.

When asked why he chose to work with NexGoal, the decision was simple. West stated, “NexGoal really seemed to care about my progression. This was very nice to have especially since I am at the beginning of my work career. The follow up and attention to my interviewing process was unparalleled.”

Next we asked West what he enjoyed most about his experience with us throughout the job placement process. “The first name basis of which I correlated with my coordinator was not something to expect. I felt like I had actually met face to face several times with my recruiter when in reality we had only spoken over the phone a few times.”

At NexGoal, one of things we really focus on is allowing our candidates to have a dedicated Project Coordinator, so naturally we always like to ask about the experience the candidate had with them, which was Alaryce in this case. “Alaryce Shea was great. Like I said before, I felt like she really had my best interest at heart. She never once let off the gas to make sure everything was flowing accordingly.”

Finally, we asked West why others should use NexGoal to help find their next career. He stated,

“The only reason to not come to NexGoal would be if they for some reason are uninterested in bettering themselves and taking their career to the next level.”
